1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RevealHim website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

RevealHim provides a reverse phone lookup service that aggregates publicly available information associated with phone numbers. Our Service is intended for personal, lawful use only.

3. Subscription & Billing

3.1 Trial Period

New subscribers receive a 7-day trial period with 2 complimentary search credits. During the trial, you may cancel at any time without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly plan.

3.2 Monthly Subscription

After the trial period, you will be billed monthly at the current subscription rate. Each billing cycle includes 50 search credits. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

3.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time in a billing cycle.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use RevealHim for any of the following purposes:

• Stalking, harassing, threatening, or intimidating any person.
• Making decisions regarding consumer credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
• Determining eligibility for any license, benefit, or other purpose regulated by law.
• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting the data obtained through our Service.
• Automated or bulk querying, scraping, or data extraction.
• Circumventing access controls, rate limits, or security measures.

RevealHim aggregates information from publicly available sources. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. Results are provided "as is" and should be independently verified before reliance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by RevealHim and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevealHim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevealHim, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
