Refund Policy

1. Trial Period
RevealHim offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period, you will not be charged. If you cancel before the trial expires, no charges will be applied to your payment method.
2. Subscription Charges
If you do not cancel during the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged the applicable monthly fee. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
- Technical issues: If a technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the Service for a significant portion of your billing period, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
- First-month refund: If you are dissatisfied with the Service and request a refund within 3 days of your first paid charge (after the trial), we will issue a full refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Partial months of service after cancellation.
- Unused search credits within a billing cycle.
- Charges from previous billing cycles beyond the current and immediately preceding cycle.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms and Conditions.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@revealhim.com with the following information:
- Your account email address.
- The date of the charge in question.
- The reason for your refund request.
We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until that date.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
